"Good food, but the drink prices felt suspicious"
The food was actually really good, and the drinks came out nice and cold. No complaints there. But the drink prices had me raising an eyebrow a little, like somebody in the back office knows exactly how to get you once you’re thirsty. Overall, I enjoyed it, just wish the drinks were a bit easier on the wallet.

"I’m not the best at keeping up..."
I’m not the best at keeping up with skincare, so maybe that’s on me, but my skin really did feel softer after using this. My hair felt nice too, which was a nice bonus. I wasn’t expecting much, but I ended up liking it.

"Loved my stay and the lagoon access"
I stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. I was in a relaxed mood when I arrived, and the easy check-in definitely helped keep it that way. The room was clean, quiet, and had a really nice view. The staff were friendly without hovering or being too much. The lagoon access made the whole stay feel a bit more special too. I’d definitely stay again.

I booked through bluelagoon and it was straightforward. The Blue Lagoon itself was really lovely, but I have to admit I was a little surprised by how many people were there, even with the timed entry. Maybe I just expected it to feel more spread out, or maybe I picked a busier time without realizing it. It definitely didn’t ruin the experience, but a few areas felt crowded enough that it was harder to fully relax. Still, I enjoyed it a lot and I’d go again — I’d probably just try for earlier in the morning next time.

"Clean Facilities and an Easy Visit"
The facilities were really clean, and the lockers were super easy to use, which is always a relief, right? The showers were good too, so no complaints there. The cafe was fine, but it did get crowded, what popular spot doesn’t, I guess?

"Such a peaceful spot"
The whole place had this really calm vibe to it. The blue water, the steam drifting around, and the mountains in the background made it feel so special, actually, not even special in a flashy way, just really beautiful and peaceful. We ended up staying for a few hours and didn’t want to leave. It’s one of those places that just makes you slow down.

"Not as clean as I hoped"
I was kinda disappointed with the water, honestly. Some spots looked cloudy, and my skin felt itchy afterward. For what it cost, I wasn’t expecting it to not feel clean, but it just didn’t seem as well kept as it should’ve been.

"Such a lovely spa day"
I had such a nice spa day here and felt really grateful for the whole experience. The massage was super relaxing, the staff were genuinely kind, and the place had a calm, welcoming feel without being over the top. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. I’d definitely come back again.

I booked through bluelagoon.com, the accessibility info was easy to find, which I appreciated. The staff seemed to know exactly where the ramp was and helped me get into the water without any fuss. The only downside was that it was crowded, crowded, so getting around took a bit of patience. Still, overall, it was a good visit and I’m glad I went.

"Actually worth the money for once"
I booked through bluelagoon and, it was kind of a relief. The site was easy to use, the prices were clear, and there weren’t any of those annoying last-minute fees that magically appear at checkout. For what we paid, everything felt smooth and well organized. I’ve spent way more on experiences that ended up being a total mess, so this actually felt like a decent deal for once. I’d use it again

"It worked, but why so clunky??"
I got the booking done in the end, so that part was fine, but the whole process felt a little clunky?? A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and I had to go back more than once just to double-check the time slot and the extras. Payment went through without any issues, and the confirmation showed up quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, not a terrible experience at all, but for the price, I was kind of expecting it to feel smoother??

"Refund Came Through, But Be Ready to Wait"
I had to cancel my booking, the cancellation itself wasn’t too difficult. The part I’d warn others about is the refund timing. It took longer than I expected to show up, and while support did respond, they weren’t exactly quick about it. Everything worked out in the end, but if you’re canceling and counting on getting your money back fast, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

"I went to Blue Lagoon the water temperature…"
I went to Blue Lagoon the water temperature was probably the highlight for me. It was warm enough that I could’ve stayed in for a long time, but not so hot that it got uncomfortable or anything. It was cold outside when I went, but that somehow made it feel even better. Overall, just a really relaxing place and easy to enjoy.

"Great once we got in, but the check-in was frustrating"
I booked through Blue Lagoon and the process itself was easy. The annoying part was when we arrived, there wasn’t really clear communication about where to go or how long the check-in wait would be, so we just stood in a slow-moving line longer than expected. Once we finally got inside, though, everything was great and the staff were really nice. Not a perfect experience because of the waiting and confusion at the start, but overall it was still a really good day.

"I didn’t expect much from the locker rooms…"
I didn’t expect much from the locker rooms, but they were cleaner and easier to use than I thought they’d be. The wristband locker setup was really convenient since I didn’t have to keep track of a key. The showers had plenty of space, and even with a lot of people coming through, it never felt gross or chaotic. I did get a little confused at one point, but the staff nearby helped me right away. Overall, it made both the start and end of my visit feel smooth.

"Good family day out, bit pricey"
We went with our two kids it was a really nice day out. The place felt safe and clean, and the water was warm enough that the kids didn’t moan for once, which is always a win. The staff were friendly too whenever we needed a hand.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is the cost, because food and little extras can add up quickly for a family. It also got a bit crowded in some areas, but we still all had a good time and we’d probably go back.
